Older The term “geriatric” or “senior” in veterinary medicine refers to the following age ranges in various breeds and species of pets:

  • Small dogs and cats older than nine
  • Medium to large dogs older than seven
  • Giant breed dogs older than five

Diagnosis and Treatment in Senior Pet Care
