I interacted with 3 ladies, front desk, vet tech and Dr. all were compassionate and explained what I was doing.
Dr Williams and Nina were great yesterday. I never have to wait when I have an appointment scheduled. Dr. Williams explains everything so I understand and provides options on possible treatments. The staff is always so kind and patient with Beatrice.

The doctor I saw at the ER was very thorough in going through Ollie's history and being sure the right form of care was given to him. The receptionist I saw when I came back for a blood draw on Tuesday was also extremely kind and helpful.
Yes I believe Billy was one and the Doctor sorry forgot his name but they were both great! I know how busy they are every day but they really are so nice and helpful and patient!
