I needed to get in right away to Oncologists vet. Ever other place I call could not get us in until over 30 days. I only had to wait 3 days. Everyone at the animal hospital was so very nice.
We came over from Carbondale co after a week of daily vet/emergency vet visits at home with no answers. Our vet coordinated with the staff at wheatridge which helped streamline our visit straight into the department we needed, neurology. Every staff member we encountered was not only professional and knowledgeable they were happy. It meant so much to us to feel our dog was in good hands
I was there last Saturday with my little Dena. She was coughing and was diagnosed with Cannel cough. The reception area, along with the doctor and technician who assisted me, were very professional, caring, and kind. Even though this was an ER visit, the bill was very acceptable and affordable. I wish my own Veterinary clinic, Caring Hands, were the same with its charges and customer service. Thank you to all who assisted me last weekend with my baby.
Highly professional. They explained everything and took great care of our pet in a late night situation. Handled everything perfectly! It all went much more smoothly than expected and Nugget is recovering happily at home. Great experience in a bad situation.

Dr Raczek was a badass and a realist. He's confident but humble. He's professional but kind. He smiled and pet my dog goodbye. The young female hospitalist was incredibly compassionate and kept me feeling at ease. She was eager to help Chewie (and me) to feel better. She sent me away feeling optimistic and cared for.
