To start, I was very impressed when the Doctor and her Vet Tech greeted me and Zenzi in the lobby while we were waiting for our appointment. I found both of them to be kind and attentive toward me and Zenzi. Every vaccination and diet recommendations were explained thoroughly. I was even more satisfied when the Doctor obtained a second opinion, from a cardiologist, about whether Zenzi has a heart murmur.

We want to thank everyone. All staff were kind, caring and efficient. I appreciated how everyone performed in a professional manner. I felt seen and taken care of. When it was clear we were going to be going home and my dog was settled. A number of staff (vet, techs, desk staff) that helped us shared how cute she is. What made this so powerful is that they waited until we were ok. To me this underscored that our care came first. It may sound strange but everyone staying on task helped me. I needed to know our situation (as well as the other clients there) was top priority. Waiting til we were safe before sharing a personal thought, like she's cute, signaled we were safe and ok to go on our way. That simple change in demeanor spoke loudly. Again, I'm grateful to all the staff who cared for my dog (and me)! this weekend.

WRAH really feels like a (nice) human hospital! The facilities, practices, and staff professionalism are on par with or better than basically any facility I've visited for my own healthcare. I also appreciate the direct communication I received from the doctor about my aging cat. My options were clearly explained to me, the services were competently rendered, and my cat was able to receive his diagnostic tests very quickly.

I had one appointment so far with Dr. Finke and I really appreciate how straightforward she is and taught me a lot in just the first visit. I don't feel like I have to second-guess anything. It's a relief to know that she is caring for Pearl.

Dr. Sfiligoi spent 45 minutes with us, explained things in a way that we understood without talking down to us, and followed up with lab tests the next day. She reassured us in any way she could without sugar coating anything.

Everyone is professional but also compassionate - typically you are not at an animal hospital because something good has happened - yet everyone I have dealt with have made me feel like they are in it with me.

The vet who came to speak to us about what was going on with Mocoso was very kind. It was an incredibly busy day and she waited patiently through all our questions and seemed very knowledgeable and confident in treatments.

Very knowledgeable staff. Wish I would have brought my dog here first instead of going to urgent care.

Dr. Dell is awesome. Great care. Support staff friendly and competent
