I am extremely happy with the care that Livi received from Dr. Bridges in the Neurology Department. As a rescue dog, Livi is understandably nervous around new people, but Dr. Bridges was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with her. She is also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was very anxious about Livi having an MRI, but Dr. Bridges addressed all of my concerns and made me feel much more comfortable with the process. Her expertise and genuine care for both Livi and me made a stressful experience so much easier. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care we received and highly recommend Dr. Bridges and the Neurology Department.

Great doctors who care for our dogs like they are their own. Trust the vets and support staff to make knowledgeable diagnoses and recommendations. While services can feel premium-priced, we also find the team very fair with us -- for example, we had to come to the ER, and triage came out to meet with us and assess the situation. Our dog was already improviding and based on evaluating his condition and what we were describing we agreed he did not need a full exam by a vet so we were able to go home and not incur any charges -- that gave us peace of mind about what had likely happened that was not serious and made us feel like WRAH is "on our side" and not just trying to charge clients whenever they can. Everyone we've worked with from GP to oncology, surgery, ER, billing, and the front desk has just always been amazing.

Dr. Pascutti was wonderful in diagnosing our cat with diabetes and taking the time to explain all the different medication options. She found one that will fit with our lifestyle and allow our cat to live as an indoor/outdoor cat and not have a negative impact on his quality of life.

Molly's care throughout her tethered cord syndrome diagnosis, surgery, and recovery has been outstanding. Dr. Jenni Bridges and the Neurology team were exceptional—taking the time to explain the MRI findings, surgical plan, and recovery expectations, while always making us feel informed and supported. The surgical outcome has been excellent, and Molly continues to make steady progress with her mobility and quality of life. I also appreciated the professionalism and compassion shown by the technicians and support staff throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful for the care Molly received.
