Dr. McKeever of course and our vet tech and trainee. All were very Professional but caring about Neptune and our dog Bella, a long time patient who had died at home since our last visit.

Positive experience during oncology appointment. Detailed follow-up notes and explanations written out during appointment are very helpful.

Dr. Bridges went above and beyond with my little dachshund's IVDD surgery. She talked me and my partner through everything, and remembered her for her recheck appointment almost 6 months later. I am very grateful for the standard of care provided by everyone in the WRAH Neuro department.

They got us in and out quickly, which was appreciated since it was almost 4am when we checked in.

First experience was at 2 am in emergency. Excellent, thorough, compassionate. Followed up next morning in a more extensive visit. There were blood tests. After the blood tests, one of the doctors told us she questioned the results, they didn't seem right. She sent a sample to another place for testing, and she was right. Though I don't like that the first were misread, I LOVE that she went by her judgement and retetsted. That says a lot for her and the place. It makes me believe in a person/place when the possibility of a mistake is taken seriously.

I very much appreciated how thoughtful and patient Dr. Swift was in treating Luna. I also appreciated her scheduler, so was kind and accommodating. It would have been a 10 if my only interactions were those two. However, I originally called and spoke to a woman in the medical oncology department and she was so unkind about me asking questions to make sure we were on the same page that she had me in tears both times I spoke with her (and she incorrectly scheduled me, because she clearly didn't care about actually helping me). I didn't catch her name but I'd imagine you'd be able to see who originally scheduled us for an appointment with the medical oncology vet (she also had a rather nasal-y voice). Had the radiation oncology scheduler not called and offered her help, I would have found a different vet. The medical oncology receptionist was cruel. I'm just trying to do right by my dog and I would imagine other pet owners are trying to do the same and her behavior over both phone calls was wildly inappropriate, especially when dealing with people who have sick pets and who are grieving.
