I have never had to use an Emergency Pet hospital before and wasn't sure what to expect. Every member of the Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital team that I had contact with was compassionate, patient and truly cared about Stevie and me. Dr. Petty, Dr Mazzaccari, Dr Meola, the femaleTech who grabbed him immediately when we walked in the door, the woman from the billing office, the first night there was a male Doctor whose name I don't recall, who answered my call- just to hear how he was doing after I had initially left him. We had a great experience in a horrible situation. So grateful for each of you and the incredible gifts that you possess!

Very helpful and provided options and recommendations. Our vet was great and the front desk person who helped us was great at keeping us informed.

The staff is so amazing and caring. They were patient and understanding as I had to come with my toddler at 4 am to bring my dog in. I was so thankful for the care and options they provided.

My dog has been here for specialist consults, and also an emergency situation and emergency surgery. We have always had good experiences. Great quality of care, great team, felt very safe having them take care of my dog. They were very thorough and communicative and they have a top notch team. Hayden was very helpful and gave me plenty of options and ideas to get Rex on track and get his senior wellness panel done. He was very informative about Rex physical condition, and how to keep him healthy and make sure he lives a comfortable life. Hayden How well informed Hayden was and he was very helpful.

They were a great help when my cat Sparky suddenly fell ill. Heartbreakingly, his fate was out of our hands. But WRAH and Dr. Dave Raczek especially took good care of him and guided us through the process empathetically. I'm very grateful for their help during a hard time.

Dr.Lazarus is one of the most compassionate and dedicated Doctors I’ve ever dealt with in all my years of being treatment for my 4 legged kids. He’s extremely intelligent and patient! He did everything to help save my cat, Luce and I’ll forever be grateful to him for having gone above and beyond throughout my cats’s treatment for his acute kidney injury.
