We live on the other side of town and are always willing to drive across town to Wheatridge Animal Hospital for veterinary specialist care for our cats and dogs. The vets are knowledgeable and experienced, and all of the staff are kind and supportive. Everyone is lovely! I was running late due to traffic and the internal medicine team graciously squeezed in the vet tech appointment. Thank you very much!! 🙏🏻

The team here is incredible. We had a complex emergency situation with our dog, Mr. Magoo. They got him in right away, kept us aware of the treatment steps, and were extremely knowledgeable. He ultimately passed away, but the staff were kind and caring through the whole process. Thank you to the team.

George needed an emergency surgery for a rare intestinal issue and WRAH did an incredible job diagnosing and performing the emergent surgery. I would recommend them for all emergent animal issues and always go back to them when something is serious or the primary vet is closed. The thing I appreciate most is that you saved his life and nothing can compare to that.

Our family has brought our many dogs and cats and even a ferret to Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital since the 1980s. We have always received excellent care from the skilled doctors and techs. The staff includes specialists and the clinic is equipped for all levels of treatment on- site.

Young dog was diagnosed with pneumonia, walked in for critical care treatment. They discovered several issues that my vet had missed. Check in was very straightforward and fast. Pricing was expensive but transparent. Covered all potential treatments that could be needed and gave me a high and low price point. Once treatment was completed, overall price was actually slightly lower than bottom estimate and returned a portion of my down payment. Updates provided throughout the day also helped.
