I especially appreciated Dr. Djani's anecdote about his own dog who had a tumor that caused seizures, who lived for another year (if I remember correctly), without removing or treating the tumor. Until he said that, I had not considered that possibility at all. That gave me some hope at a moment when I really needed it.
