Friendly knowledge overall great
We saw neurology and they were a completely different experience from other neurology depts. They spent the time and energy to address questions and get us the best care for our individual dog. Truly a "treating the dog in front of you" approach which I highly value.
I was concerned about my 11 month old puppy in the middle of the night. They said to bring him right in. We had no wait; saw the vet immediately. He was wonderful; listened and reassured me everything was fine. Welcomed us to returning and when we needed to. Then sent us on our way - no charge. Very impressed with him and the facility as a whole.
The care was quick & affordable! Everyone was very kind and helpful. I am very happy I took Indigo here! She is my lifeline and I don't like to trust just anyone with her. Thank you so much!!!
Scooby came in for dental procedure, but at last minute I noticed he also needed a mct removed off his leg. Dr McKeever did not hesitate to test the lump and decide it needed to be removed, so she did that first and did his dental too right then. I really do appreciate her for doing both surgeries together and not have to put him under for a 2nd time. She always does what is best for my dogs and I fully 100% trust Dr Laura McKeever
