I took my precious dog Finn in today. Everyone was so friendly and compassionate. I was seen promptly and escorted to a lounge in case Finn was contagious. Finn has been experiencing a lingering cough and requires a procedure. The vet came in and explained everything in detail and asked me if I was on board with the plan, which I was. It was a very good experience. And we all know how much we love our furry babies. And it can be so worrisome when something is wrong. My mind is at ease now. I want to send out a special shout out to Doreen at the front desk who was so compassionate and wonderful. I really appreciate her extra attention and care. She deserves special recognition.

Emergency visit for puppy with broken leg. Dr Brines for ER visit, the surgeon who saw Harley and custom made her a splint, Ariel the vet tech for great care, explanation of Harley's injury and all staff at facility and those I communicated with over the phone! I would highly recommend Wheat Ridge Veterinary Hospital. Excellent care for Harley as an emergency patient. Follow up scheduled quickly with surgeon. Great communication with all staff as not from CO and was visiting on vacation.

We love Dr Engelheart and all of the staff at WRAH! They are so loving and take excellent care of our babies! They take the time to explain all treatments and we always feel safe putting our pups in their care🐶❤️

The care that Dr. Christina Cicerchi and Dr. Jessica Villm provided was wonderful. They both did everything possible to help my little girl. They are very caring Drs, and I have developed total trust in their abilities. At this stage, I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. They are great communicators. While I was extremely nervous about my Yorkie's condition, they spent quality time explaining everything to me. Dr Villm has been our Yorkie's, Emma, doctor for years. Emma has two diseases. Treating each is contrary to the other's treatment. It seems like a no win situation for our little girl, but Dr Villm is vigilant and continues to focus on trying to balance treatment for the two diseases. She is wonderful. Thank you Dr Villm!!!! Dr Villm is the best internal medicine vet ever! Everyone's caring support for our little girl. And of course our wonderful Dr Villm!

Very helpful and communication is great

The hospital has high standards. The staff is fear free trained and take a lot of care to ensure our dog is comfortable given he has experienced a lot of physical and emotional pain during vet visits in the past. Sami has made our visits comfortable. Our dog trusts her and when she makes a promise I know it will be kept. Sami manages expectations clearly and when she takes him to the neurology department I know he is in good hands. We are transitioning to a new Doctor at Wheatridge and Sami has assured us that she will be by our dog's side every step of the way and this gives me peace of mind.

Emergency staff are great!

I appreciate the ease of getting appointments and quality of the services provided by the oncology department. Dr. Jacob Siewert and the vet tech provided expertise and thoroughness.

We love wheat ridge animal hospital. It is our dog’s primary vet, which we have been nothing but pleased with! They helped us with an emergency this week. We came in 3 times within 24 hours and were kind and caring each time. People complain about communication, but their communication was fantastic thru all of it. As far as pricing I don’t think they are anymore expensive than somewhere else. If you’re looking for primary care, or an emergency vet I would highly recommend Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. Wanted to add to with our recent experience, Dr.Holt and our Vet tech Jordan were amazing with Hugo when we came in and was feeling anxious for his annual exam. Additionally Hugo had to come to the ER for an unfortunate Hotspot. Our Emergency vet explained everything, along with cost, and what our options were.

We started using the services at WRAH four years ago when we became part of the Blood Donor family. They have taken care of six of our dogs across all services from emergency back surgery, routine dentals, allergies, ER visits and everything in between. All of the staff has always been wonderful to deal with.
