We brought my cat here because he wasn't eating on a recommendation of his normal vet. The staff were extremely kind and non-judgmental of us for bringing him in with minimal symptoms. We were in and out within about 3-4 hours with some meds and he was feeling better nearly immediately! The staff here do care about your pets. The only thing is the prices for x-rays and ultrasounds are insanely expensive. We ended up not doing either of those because we were quoted nearly $1,800 for full tests.

When my dog got bit by a rattlesnake, we came here. Everyone was very helpful. The DVM was very professional and courteous. The veterinary nurses were all very knowledgeable and attentive. Their fast actions were very appreciated, thank you!

I’ve unfortunately had to bring 2 of my pets here but I am glad I choose to come here. I will make the 25 minute drive here regardless if I have another Vet closer to me. I was here just last week and I was in and out in an hour for the emergency room. They have always made me feel welcome and have made me feel safe with bringing my pets. Everyone including the front desk receptionist and the doctors themselves always do an amazing job and it never goes unnoticed. Thank you Wheat Ridge.

The staff went above and beyond to care for our sweet Truman. Dr. Ahmadi was amazing (I'm sorry if I spelled this incorrectly) and communicated well and clearly with us. Our Vet Tech was positive and encouraging, though I have forgotten her name. Dr. Schmitt was incredible post-surgery with communication and care. Thank you all a million times for your phenomenal care and empathy! it's so hard to say! From the vet tech to the vet to the neurologist, we felt like we were leaving Truman in the absolute best care.

Dr. McKibben and his team compassionately dealt with our loved one's emergent illness, and through consultations with varied specialists, diagnosed and treated him, so we were able to bring him home, and to date, he is in the best of health!
