The expertise and specialized skillsets available at WRAH are above and beyond expectations. Dr McNamara and her surgical team did an outstanding job on Jaci (my 11 yr old lab). during her LP exam and TPLO procedure. Kudos to the WRAH anesthesiologist as well, who took great care of Jaci during her LP exam and TPLO procedure. The pre-op, surgery and post op appts were all excellent! Great job and kudos to Dr McNamara and her surgery team.

I'm so grateful for Dr. Hayden Brines and the very kind RVT (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) that took care of my cat Benny tonight. She had been feeling terrible all week, and she was literally back to her old self immediately when we got home. Getting some fluids and having her pain addressed with compassion for me and my cat was very very much appreciated. I can finally relax after worrying about her all week. Her treatments/diagnostic scans/medications were very affordable.

I’ve been to a lot of vets, this is a great one. Right away I noticed that the facility was very clean, and all of the staff members were friendly. My appointment ran right on time , which was greatly appreciated. Prior to my appointment I was provided with all of the details and information I would need; I was also sent some videos that helped me feel more at ease about what the treatment process would entail. Dr. Swift was clearly extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I consider myself to be extremely picky when it comes to my dog’s care, but I feel confident he’ll be in great hands moving forward with his cancer treatment.

Very specialized care at this facility. Has always been a positive experience for us. Dr. Dell is a very compassionate and kind person. Feel lucky to be working with someone who really cares to help treat my dogs' condition. He was also very good to my other dog (they have to go together) and it never seemed to be a bother. Thank you for all you do. The very genuine kind and caring nature of all the staff.

WRAH saved my 13 year old dog from dying. We travelled from Florida to vacation in Vail and Haley developed a very acute pulmonary hypertension from high altitude. When I brought her in close to midnight and by the time she got xray and oxygen, she was going into cardiac arrest. Dr. Jensen brought her back to life with cpr. I was beside myself but she was very patient in explaining all the different options, possibilities and answering our many questions, a lot of them repeatedly over and over because my brain couldn’t function and process at the moment. She got admitted in the icu and after 5 days, she was healthy and I was able to bring her home with us. I cannot thank them enough for all the care. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name. All the critical care nurses, technicians, doctors who took care of Haley, we are so so so grateful. They were caring, warm and compassionate. Now we get to spend (hopefully) a few more years with her back home.

Wheat Ridge always gets us in quickly, the staff are always so knowledgable - even the people that answer the phones are kind and compassionate. I would like to thank Dr. McKibben for being kind and compassionate, for listening to our concerns and not treating us like we were over-reacting. We truly are appreciative for the care.
