Caring and professional staff and medical staff. Gave us all of our options. Everyone on staff Friday 11/7/25 from 5:30 pm -11 pm were wonderful. I appreciate them for taking time to explain what is happening and the next steps in a compassionate way.

Dr. Finke, Internal Medicine could not have been more thorough in her explanation. She checked for understanding throughout. Her demeanor was positive to me and to my dog. He was not at all stressed because of her gentle approach.

Friendly staff, big wait room, on time with apt. Everyone on staff I came in contact with was very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. the ability to send videos/text/email with vet is also appreciated.

I did not realize my cat was that sick. He was diagnosed with stage 5 lymphoma. I am still extremely heartbroken from his passing. My cat received excellent care from the begining all the way to the point when I brought him in after he died. I expecially loved the people at the front desk. The check in process was quick and they brought him in for care right away. After my cat died, I brought him in. Once again, the front desk was extremely caring and emphathetic. My cat received excellent care from this hospital and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs emergency care.

The team, especially Dr.Ahuja has been instrumental in my cats health and are so compassionate and knowledgeable . Dr.Ahuja and the vet techs I've seen were really great! Dr.ahujs knowledge and Bedside manner make all the difference

Staff was friendly and helpful, I felt like my dog was in good hands. The doctor was very helpful with making sure I could cover the cost of my dog's care. The doctor was excellent and I'd bring my dog back to see him again.

We took our dog in with health concerns and everyone was so kind and helpful. Even in a hard circumstance of finding out our dog's condition - we felt like our dog was in the best hands. They made every step easy and our doctor followed up every step of the way of our dog's health. So thankful for such a great team.

Every provider we have seen with our 3 dogs has been wonderful. And I want to give an extra shout out to Dr. Ahuja. When our Hugh died, she called to offer condolences and we were so grateful. And grateful to all of the provider who wrote special notes in cards to us - you all are the best! And also a special thank you to Dr. Dell and Dr. Aducci for providing such wonderful care for all of our dogs. All of the staff members we have encountered are compassionate and caring - we so very much appreciate you!
