We came in to Emergency last Saturday night because our Husky Sky was scratching his left ear and furiously shaking his head all of a sudden. He was then examined and then treated for a severe inflammation in that ear. They cleaned it out, put long-lasting drops in, and sent us home with inflammatory medication. Treatment worked amazingly quickly, no problems/symptoms by the time we got home, and none since.

Dr. Dell is very thorough and detail oriented. The staff are caring and thorough.

Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is AMAZING! They have taken care of our little family member Boo (our pet) for several years. Dr. McKeever is an exceptional veterinarian. She has been there for us from Boo’s youth and now into his senior years. Dr. McKeever and staff are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. They all stand out above the rest. WRAH also works closely with Boo’s pet insurance which brought us much relief during stressful times. Thank you WRAH!!

Everyone we met through BG's surgery was kind and helpful. The staff was really wonderful. Dr. Harding was the perfect combination of being direct and educational as well as considerate and compassionate. Everyone's kindness and compassion for me and my dog was sincerely appreciated.

The staff here always takes their time with the animals and is incredible thorough in their work. Dr. Adducci is amazing! Dr. Adducci and his staff are awesome! The expert care they provide for my dog, and my dog of past, has been nothing short of awesome. However, even though their doctors are great, they REALLY need to address their support staff. It is almost impossible to get a call through or back from them when setting up an appointment.

Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is truly the best there is! The entire team and doctors are absolutely incredible. Our pup had a terrifying experience and developed a pneumothorax. Wheat Ridge got us in quickly, explained everything in detail, and performed treatment swiftly and skillfully. The level of care and compassion here is unmatched. They are the only clinic in the area capable of performing this type of surgery, and we are so thankful for them. We’ve continued to go to Wheat Ridge, and our pup recently had another procedure done by Dr. Laura Williams, who was amazing in her communication and care. We cannot recommend this practice enough. Penelope needed an urgent surgery to remove a fast growing melanoma mass on her cheek. Without the surgery, it may have killed her within the week. When I met with the oncologist, I was told we could get her in for surgery as soon as the next day. I called that evening after receiving the estimate to make the appointment, and the spot was booked. After expressing the urgency + what we were told, I was told they would speak with the surgical team. I had missed the call saying they made space for her surgery, so instead of accepting this, the representative reached out to my partner to make the appointment. I was so grateful to pick up my phone and see this effort was made. It really felt like Penelope's care was prioritized. Dr. Hard? Herd? I forget, the oncologist was INCREDIBLE!! So smart, talking to her was so grounding. time efficiency

Easy-peezy; made a phone call to let them know I was coming with my dog who possibly swallowed a battery. They told me what we may have to do and to come right over. Upon arrival we were checked in and my sweet pup was on his way to x-ray within short time. I realize wait times depend on emergencies that might arise; but really appreciate the professional and positive help today. And best of all, turns out my pup did not swallow that battery after all, phew! Thank you to all the staff at Wheat Ridge for all that you do for the animals in our lives.
