Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital staff and doctors are absolutely amazing. From reception to billing to vet techs to veterinarians...everyone is truly caring and very good at what they do! Which is loving animals. Jenni Bridges was simply amazing. We can not say enough in praise of her skills, love, and passion for what she does. We are forever grateful for helping our boy, Maxwell, walk again! The love and care that the entire team puts into helping the animals in our lives that mean so much to us. They are family.

Everyone was so wonderful and caring! Couldn't ask for a better facility! Not sure of names, but the vets we talked to in person or on the phone were so wonderful. We could tell they truly cared and had sympathy for our situation. When things are tough on a pet and they are not doing well, it's stressful on them and us as owners. The vets we worked with were caring and made us feel better. I really appreciate their care and concern. Communications from vet and vet tech. Thorough explanations of what was going on. And follow up phone calls from vet and tech.

Had a great experience overall. My dog was sick, went in around 1 am, was seen quickly. The tech and the vet both spent time with us to explain the potentials of what was happening and what our best next course of actions were. I hope I never have to come here again, but I know if I do, I will get attentive and expedient care.

My husband and I took our 9.5 year old cat here for some lifesaving care and everybody in the facility were very professional, kind, respectful, and prompt. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize our cat in the same visit and I am so grateful to the facility for taking care of everything and for setting-up the private cremation, our cats remains were delivered in less than a week. This is now our permanent emergency hospital for whatever our pets need going forward.

Steve was provided quick and competent service in a caring and respectful way. The team clearly cares about pets and also communicated well with owners. Every step of a scary situation was explained to me, and there was no surprise bills. Thanks to Dr Djani and his team excellent care for my dog.

Dr. Siewert has treated one of our dogs for 3 different cancers over the last several years. While it's unfortunate our pup has needs to see oncology so many times, Dr. Siewert has always been so knowledgeable and professional that it has really helped to ease our anxiety in such a stressful time. Barklee adores him and he always has her best interest in mind. With her most recent cancer there was no evidence that chemotherapy would prolong her life and Dr. Siewert was very forthcoming with this information allowing us to decide how best to proceed. He saved us from costly and stressful treatments. Best oncologist ever!

My French bulldog puppy had to have BOAS surgery. Mak just could not breathe well enough to sleep. We knew as he grew bigger the problem would get worse. After a consultation with Dr. Prink, the surgeon who would do this surgery, we decided to go ahead with it. It is not an easy surgery for the dog or the humans who love and care for them. Mak did pretty good, only a few hiccups that were taken care of. The recuperation time is three weeks. Slowly but surely with three visits back to the hospital for rechecks, Mak is completely healed. He can sleep much easier and quieter. This means, we can sleep also since he sleeps with us. In my opinion Mak will have a much happier, healthier life now that this surgery was done. Dr. Prink and his staff did a wonderful job at explaining everything, following up with us and rechecking Mak as he was healing. I have great faith in Dr. Prink. I would recommend him to other pet owners who have French Bulldogs or English Bulldogs. This surgery is a game changer for the dogs.

I was referred to Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital, and Dr. Swift in particular, to begin the very scary and overwhelming process of MRI/CT, and possible radiation treatment for my girl Quiglee, when it was discovered she had a brain tumor. Dr. Swift was so kind, I felt she really listened to my questions and concerns. She made me feel that we were in good hands during a very difficult time.

Our lab has severe epilepsy and the entire team from the ER to neuro has taken excellent care of him, especially Dr. Carbone and Dr. Djani. Also, due to the severity of his health, the costs are considerable and the staff has been so helpful in our effort to care for our dog while keeping costs reasonable.

I can’t recommend them enough. We had to transfer care here today for my kitty to get radiation and the team sent her home with treats (the only ones she would eat) and this bandana with the sweetest notes on it. They go above and beyond and I feel so good about my kitty being there.
